Terms of Sale
All orders subject to acceptance by home office in Spokane, Washington.

TERMS Payment in full must accompany all orders requiring prepayment. Net 30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on any amount not paid within 30 days. No C.O.D. or Proforma invoices. Seller reserves the right to alter or suspend credit at any time. All goods remain sole possession of seller until balances are paid in full. All discounts and allowances will be charged back if payment is not received within terms. Customer is liable for all collection and attorney fees including court costs. All disputes subject to arbitration.

CLAIMS All claims must be presented within 15 days of receipt of goods. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

MINIMUM Annual opening order is $500.00. Minimum re-order is $75.00. Any re-order below $75.00 will be assessed a $15.00 handling fee. Minimum annual opening order for businesses selling solely via mail order or the Internet is $3,000.

SHIP DATE All orders will ship as ready unless specified. Cancel dates prior to June 1, not accepted.
